MINIMUM. Equipment
may be picked up by 3:30 p.m. the day before,
IF AVAILABLE. Equipment must
be returned by 10:30 a.m. the day after the rental.

A complete
copy of our rental policy is printed on the back of our rental contract
and is available upon request. All must agree to these terms and conditions
for any equipment rental.

| RENTAL PRICING |
All prices
based on a one day rental with a week rate of 3.5 days. Equipment subject
to availability!
Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

| CANCELLATION |
24 hours
notice is required to avoid rental charges.

| PAYMENT |
All transactions
are COD unless credit has been established. Open Net 30
accounts are available with approval. Visa, MasterCard and AMEX accepted.

| DEPOSIT |
Bad Dog
Pictures, Inc. may require a deposit on rental gear. This may be done with
a valid credit card that will only be used for deposit purposes.
|
| SALES TAX |
Sales
tax will be charged for all merchandise unless customer has exempt certificate.
Bad Dog Pictures, Inc. DOES NOT charge sales tax on rentals.
